ORDER & PAYMENT
Your order will arrive in a high end branded display box, gift wrapped and delivered in a non-branded discreet outer delivery box for your peace of mind.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service on +44 (0)20 4512 1270 or via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation to you for your reference.
You wont have an option to amend your order but if you contact us before you items are dispatched our team will do what they can to help. If your order has already been dispatched you can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns information.
Yes, we encourage appointments & collections of items to be in-store so you can see exactly what your buying & meet the team. However if you cant get to us virtual appointments & complimentary secure shipping is available on every order.

You can download our free ring sizing tool on our ring sizes page. If your ordering something as a surprise and don’t know the finger size, we offer complimentary sizing on most rings as part of our after sales service. Contact the team for help on ring sizing.

Sure we can, we’re used to this! We understand a lot of you are buying a special gift you want to keep a surprise, we ship in discreet non branded delivery boxes & are conscious with communication.
Delivery & returns
We send all items in discreet non branded outer packaging. When you open your order your items will be beautifully wrapped. All orders within the UK are sent via a secure courier to your door.
Once your order is dispatched we will send you the couriers tracking number. If you need any help tracking a parcel please contact us.
Yes, whether you’ve left it last minute and need something fast or you want your delivery to arrive on a specific date for any reason please contact us and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.
Your order should disclose a estimated delivery time. In stock items are usually delivered within 3 working days, & can be as quick as next day delivery depending when you place your order and the item your ordering. Items being made i.e most engagement rings will have a longer delivery time.
You can come in store and return the item in person or to ship the item to us please contact the team directly and we’ll provide you with instructions depending on where you live.
