Every order includes free secure shipping. The outer shipping box will be discreet & non-branded & inside your items will be gift wrapped ready to present.
Delivery
Online orders are sent securely with a courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery. Your Colebys London jewellery will be presented in a quality branded box with our signature ribbon. The packaging that your order is delivered in has no branding on the outside for your peace of mind. Expected delivery is calculated at the time of placing your order based on the location of the piece you're purchasing. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Returns & Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that items are returned to us in their original condition, refunds will not be processed on items that are received not in exact original condition. Please contact us quoting your order number to arrange your exchange or return. Please note that refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 working days after we receive the items.
The item will go through Quality Control prior to the exchange or return being processed. We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have been customised, worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.
Online orders can be exchanged or returned in a selection of stores within 30 days of receipt.
For exchanges or returns in store, our team will inspect any items directly. There may be exceptions where the items will have to be independently inspected by our expert jewellers or watch makers. Please note we can only process exchange or return of your online order in stores that are located within the same country or region of your original purchased location.
